The room was updated with a great view out of my window. The stuff where accommodating and amiable, everything was excellant. The continental breakfast was sumptuous with variety of food.

Everything was great, hotel offers friendly service and stunning location. Also, I appreciated how pleasant the location was. Visited Bar Louie for a few drinks, it was just a short walk away from the venue, recommend.

Our room was reasonably spacious and spotless. High quality service, EXTENSIVE breakfast spread. Bottled great cocktails and juices in the juice bar, overnight parking place.

Check-in was very early, the service was efficient. The room was great value for money, it included a kitchen. They made my stay magnificent. The free mineral drinks in pool bar were very welcome. Miniature place to stay while in Charlotte.

Rich breakfast, comfy bed, opulent room. So competent personnel, were more than helpful. I got free upgrade and loved it. The bathroom was luxurious, though the view was quite bad. Early check in and personalized service.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

Breathtaking location, beautiful views and huge rooms. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Food was delicious and decent. Easy check-in, late check-out.

The breakfast certainly has to be included.
